The management staff at Palisades is horrible. Every time I call or stop in they are rude and not helpful. Also, the maintenace problems are never ending. For example, the entrance door to my building does not properly drain, so EVERY time it rains or snows, there is a good six inches of water to step in in order to get in the door. There is no way to get around it and I have complained several times but Palisades is not planning on fixing the problem. The magnet keys to get in the building often do not work as well. The Laundry facilities are horrible and the workout room is as well. Also, they are horrible with plowing in the winter time! I am moving out at the end of the month, and I would not recommend the Palisades to anyone!
