I have been living here for about two years. Still here- still loving it. Yes, I will get a house in a couple of years but meanwhile this place is my home. The office staff is incredibly friendly and the manager is hilarious. I know there have been other complaints but I have NEVER had any complaints about staff here. I feel like those who complain excessively complain because they are the ones causing issues, and getting complaint notifications from the office. Palisades enforces their noise regulations and I love it because this is the quietest building I have ever lived in. My neighbors are great! Maintenance is great and all is well maintained. My only complaint would lie with the laundry rooms, simply because they are older. It would be so nice to see them remodeled sooner than later. Rent here, you will appreciate it!
