Good Apartments, Great Environment

I have lived in the Palisade Apartments for almost 2 years. The management company is easy to work with and overall a great experience. The walls are a little thin, but when I had issues with my neighbors and their noise- the management company took care of it right away.
With the economy continuous changing, it was great to see my rent has not increased and they continued to let me park for free in the heated garage since I renewed my lease (a $80 value).
If you want an apartment you can call home, rent here. I never seen management unless I have a problem (which is great, meaning they're not snooping around), maintenance is quick to respond to issues (to the very few I've ever had), and you have some of the best views in town (every apartment has a balcony!). I've been completely satisfied!
