PARKING
There is enough parking outside. There are underground garages. You have to pay extra for a parking area in the garage.

NOISE
The only time I hear my neighbors is when they play loud music. One of the neighbors next to me plays loud music during the day which is fine because play music sometimes too, and sometimes loud. But my neighbor below me plays music whenever they want, most of the time, early in the morning. It will usually start 6:45AM to 8AM. I wrote a letter to them twice and then notified the office but they did not stop playing their music loud. For a while now, the music has not been played every day, as it used to, but every now and then it will wake me up.

GROUNDS
The retaining wall behind my building is crumbling and has been the whole time I lived here. There are chunks of brick the size of a fist sometimes sitting on the sidwalk or in the parking lot that have crumbled away. If you live here during the winter park on the other side of the parking lot or your car could get riddled with chunks of brick when they snowblow the sidewalks. There are also railings outside that I do not feel would hold my child if she had to catch herself falling. She is fourteen and small.

The only reason I rated this at three is because there are a lot of trees, there is a lot of open area with grass and the buildings aren't close together.

SAFETY
The area feels safe. Most of the time half the lights outside are burned out because they do not keep up with replacing them. There is a keyless entry system that works most of the time. If it isn't working you cannot unlock the door to get in. The front intercom system hooks up to your cell phone or landline phone which is nice.

CONSTRUCTION
The light fixtures in the bathroom are probably original (70s or early 80s) and the ones in the bedrooms are okay, probably from the mid 90s. My appliances are pretty new. The laundry room was renovated and now floods often.

MAINTENANCE
If the washers and driers are out of order they remain out of order for at least a month and usually are out of order shortly after being fixed. Repairs for the railings and retaining wall I mentioned before probably haven't even been considered by the company.

I have had maintenance come to my apartment three times. One time it was for our neighbor below who had water leaking in through the ceiling. There was a leaking pipe. Maintenance had to come back twice to fix the pipes inside the wall. They blamed the problem on me!

My heat did not work they tried to fix it but it still did not work. They had to come back to replace a part. After that it worked.

My air conditioning did not work. The machine was probably from the seventies. They replaced it.

STAFF
The office staff is okay. If you can, avoid dealing with the head manager, she is a witch. Instead deal with the assistant manager or one of the other girls in there. There used to be a girl in there who did not know what she was doing but they recently replaced her. So I gave them a 4!

OVERALL
I would not recommend these appartments to anyone. Based on the renovation work they did in the basement and
