The management company is absolutely horrible. They take their time responding to maintenance requests, and it only gets worse when you decide to move out. The apartment was a mess when I moved in, but I was foolish and did not document clearly condition of the apartment (photos would have been helpful). The list of things they expect you to clean before you leave is ridiculous and includes many things that should be considered maintenance and not the tenant's responsibility (i.e. professionally shampooing the carpet, cleaning the outside of windows). The whole move-out process was simply awful.
The location is nice, but the apartments are rather expensive (and expect them to raise the rent every year) and the management company is awful, so overall I would recommend avoiding Rosemall Apartments.
