This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The management and security was terrible. Numerous cars were broken into in the "secure" heated parking garage. The apartment needed many updates in every room. Be sure to take before and after pictures of your apartment when decide to move out. (Which will be right when your contract ends.) They will charge you for everything they can think of and money that is left from your deposit you will never see. We lived an a different apartment for two years in which management was great, we received all of our deposit money back, and the apartment was in great condition. My advice is to stay away from Rosetree and Steven Scott management all together.
