I LOVE THE ROSETREE!

The only negative thing I have run across was that the garage was broken into. The management is awesome and will help you anytime day or night. The one bedrooms are extremely large for the price and I feel a real sense of community living here. It is a small building and it is packed with conveinient features. There is a garbage chute on every floor, AC, Garbage disposal, HUGE balcony, and HUGE walk in closets. Being a single young female, I feel very safe here even when I am coming home at 2:00-3:00am during the weekend. I have met many of my neighbors and they are all friendly quiet people. I 100% RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEW!
