they will reel you in ..then raise the rent! We lived there for a year, then the note came under the door...YOUR RENT IS NOW RAISED TO WHERE YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO LIVE HERE. This place is way overrated. We found a much nicer place to live in St. Anthony that is much more affordable.

Never Rent at this Apartment complex... This place is horribly run, staff is cold and unwilling to listen. POC's do not rent here! I am a POC(person of color) I feel like i have singled out. Rent is high, walls are really thin, the leasing contract is horrible. My car was broken

Not worth the money Property is nice with plenty of amenities. That's what sucked me in.
This property has been struck by lightning TWICE since I lived there (1 year). You can count on power going out several times a year for about half the day or more.

Where did they go wrong? Presenting such a luxurious appearance and amenities, one would think you would be treated like gold! Nope... it's a shame the staff does not hold up to the quality of such a wonderful building.
The front desk personnel was usually rude and was always in a hurry

NOT RECOMMENDED I could probably write a novel about how terrible my experience was at The Landings.
Initially I fell in love with how beautiful the apartment space was and all of the amenities. But the building management and staff made this the WORST living experience ever.

Bottom Line-This is a great place to live if I like nice amentities and convenience I transferred from Florida to Minnesota in December (great time of year for a native Floridian to get transferred to this region) and was thankful to find this place. Bottom line, if you like state of the art

POOR,POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!1 The Landings is a wonderful place to live, except for the management. It is close to stores, eye Drs., Medical office, shopping etc. The management should have taken some courses in how to run a Senior Building. They have referred to the Seniors

Good place with THE WORST MANAGEMENT let me first tell you about the place:
NICE! the rooms are roomier and there is a gorgeous clubhouse open 24 hours/day with sofa and tables. Dont plan on using it on week-ends since it is almost always rented out for outsiders for special events as bday parties

Pleasenly surprised Since I've been with my current employer, I've lived in 5 states so far. Since my employer pays for my housing, I tend to choose luxury apartments. Out of those, I will say this is the first time I actually felt as though I was truly in a luxury community.
