This place is an absolute dump! Laura the resident manager runs the place like a prison or like she is your boss! Every other day there is a letter placed on your door with a new rule. I agree that some people have no class like those that don t return the shopping carts to the lobby. But because of a few idiots like that, Laura once decided she was going to punish everyone and she removed the carts (imagine carrying 5 bags of groceries up to the third floor!). She must think that we re all in grade school'
The garage smells like garbage all the time and it actually starts to make your car smell the same way. The appliances are outdated and often break down. If you rent a one bedroom the under powered air conditioner is located in your bedroom, on hot days this makes hanging out anywhere other then the bedroom unbearable.
Most of the residents who live there are trash! There is one guy who lives across from the laundry room who has full on conversations with the washer and dryer! Many times the pool would have to be closed do to the uneducated minorities letting their children use the pool as a toilet!
If you know what s good for you, you ll avoid this place!
