I am a new resident to Riva Ridge. I have been living here about 2 months. I think the common areas are clean and smell good. The caretakers is always working when I come out into the hallways. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The landlord was very helpful in my decision process when I was looking for a new home. She answered all my questions (and I had quite a few). She was very patient with me. She also seem to have time for me ((with a smile)when ever I stop in her office.
RIVA RIDGE is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!
