I did a walk thru of an apartment at Riva Ridge Apts. I have also read the reviews after visiting Riva Ridge. The reviews do not reflect what I saw on my tour of the property. The curb appeal is weel kept. Upon entering the lobby I was amaze not only by the updated decor but the cleaniess. The apartment I saw had new carpet, updated appliances and was very clean. I asked if a microwave came with the apartment and the manager said she would get one for me. Had I read these reviews before my actual visit of the property I would have missed out on my next home.
