I loved this place. I would probably still live there if they did not keep raising my rent saying this was due to % increase and then bring in residents for $100 cheaper than what I was paying at move out ($1005/month). office and maintenance staff were nice, had prompt service. was late on rent once (because I forgot but they did not charge). If you do not like bugs don't move to the woods... I had problems with red and black bugs and black ants but found them willing to have bug guy come out as much as I wanted them to be there!!! and the curry smell for all "them foreigners" I wished!!! I had a Indian man who lived above me and he worked for general mills. Along with countless others who were foreigners like our families once were unless you are native (american). so lay off unless you have the money to move out to the middle of no where and be prejudice by yourself and for yourself!!! REMEMBER PEOPLE, apartment living means closer living spaces and mixed race communities.

Now I did have problems with my shower, and the workmanship was sometimes less than desirable. but the response time was great.

It isn't that people are prejudice. It is called consideration for others around you to turn a fan on or open a window. It isn't just the curry smell. It is any smelly food that maybe one person likes, but not everyone can tolorate the smell. Oh ya........the lease even states that extreme smells are not tolorated. But that is a joke because the office doesn't care.
