I've lived here for about a year and half and haven't had any issues. Personally, I appreciate the diversity in the complex and have found all of my neighbors to be polite, pleasant and friendly. (The people least friendly are the ones with the same skin color as me....interesting.)

Yes, I have to kill a bug now and then, but that has been true for most places I've lived. It isn't a constant issue.

I've never had any issues with management.

My only complaint is the increase in rent at the one-year mark...considering the number of available apts in the metro, I would think they might like give us an incentive to stay...and not raising rent would be a start.
