Now I'm a very easy going guy just pay the rent and sleep. As long the apartment keeps me dry and warm in the winter I'm happy. Well, my heat didn't work in the winter and it was raining in the bathroom during the summer. Called once I left for the day thinking everything would be fixed when I came back. Nope all they did was left paint on the table and wrote a note saying this should fix it. First they should of fixed it and second paint is not going to work.
As far the heat goes well they kept telling me it was fixed but it was still 59F degrees inside on high.
The office people are very disorganized!! If you take the apartment make sure you keep all of your records everything you signed. I would even get some sort of receipt when you put your notice in. The girl in the office the day I was moving out! We didn't get your notice. Just stay away!!!
