After living at Midland Terrace for almost a year, I can say that this is by far the worst apartment building I have lived in. The entire building smells of both cigarettes and marijuana to the point that my clothes in my apartment smell. The management has done nothing. There is trash constantly littered in the parking lot and extremely immature (young residents) often looking to play what they think are harmless pranks. I almost crashed my car from laser lights on multiple occasions. The laundry rooms are also out of order on most occasions. This is not a place to call home.
