My now fiance and I moved here cause it was close to where we both grew up, and the price was decent compared to other apartments in the area. Staff was friendly when we came in and looked at the apartment. Since we moved in, they don't care about you at all.
Three times we have had them enter into our apartment WITHOUT a 24 hour notice which is clearly listed in the contract. They don't care when you call about noisy neighbors. We have had the dryer go out on us, and when we called we left a voicemail explaining it was out and we would like our quarters back, we never heard from them. Took 2 days for them to fix the dryer. They have a huge issue with bugs, it's disgusting. Espcially them long centipede things. In the winter, the parking lots become pure ice, and they never do anything about it. All of the stairs outside leading the the doors are also pure ice. When they have tenets clear their cars out of the lot due to a cleaning or snow plow, most of the time they never send anyone there anyway and the snow is still packed up. The parking lots in the summer are dirty and never cleaned.
When we got a garage, the door wouldn't lock. It took them a week to come out and fix it. Once it was fixed, the door wouldn't open!! My finace missed a day of work, and the next day had to get a ride to work. 2 days to open our garage door and fix the lock'
The only reason why we haven't moved out is cause that's also a pain in the butt. We are now looking for a house and we cannot wait to move the hell out of here!

I agree. This place is a TERRIBLE place to rent. I've warned many, and all have decided on other places to rent. Management is horrible.
