Never No neatness, no maintenance in these condos...more over staff out here are irresponsible/ very careless...they will be really nice to you till you sign the lease, after that you will see other side of the coin...suggest you to Stay away if you want peace of mind....

Disgust I had my truck towed because I got up at 9am and my truck was supposed to be moved by 8am no phone call no knock at the door just a missed day at work and a $280 bill. My side window shot out here at midland terrace cost $190 to fix. they should keep mothers who don't work with there

When I came to rent the staff was very helpful and kind.
I moved in and since then have had no problems with noise or anything like that. When I have something wrong with the apartment it gets fixed within a couple of days.
