Whenever I have needed anything fixed it is done the next day or even same day depending upon what needs to be done. Very noisy This was an okay apartment overall. I felt generally safe, abundant parking was a plus, and maintenance was pretty speedy about getting things done. However, I don't know if any of that made up for the noise. If you plan to move here I would definitely move on a third
