It is wonderful - I've lived here for the past 5 years. I love it. Great Place - I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years in November. I am also going to be resigning my lease in November once again. There are much better apartments than this dump. PROS: There is a wonderful view of Lake Minnetonka from some bedrooms and the balconies. The rent isn't too bad considering the great view. Spacious bedrooms lots of closet space. An OK playground.
