Currently Parkshore Apartments (Park Island, Park Hill, Shoreview all in one) - Westport Properties has taken over. Watch out for their lease. Look it over very, very closely. We are still waiting for them to fix our blind. We fixed it. We are currently waiting for the faucet to be fixed. The security lights and the stairway lights have been out for a couple of weeks. There are much better apartments than this dump. PROS: There is a wonderful view of Lake Minnetonka from some bedrooms and the balconies. The rent isn't too bad considering the great view. Spacious bedrooms lots of closet space. An OK playground.
