Gorgeous grounds, cream brick buildings, pond and pool in courtyard, excellent location for driving, but not for commuter bus. Local bus to downtown Mpls leaves you off so you have to jaywalk across 2 busy streets and there's no sidewalk on south side of Kenzie - you walk in street with cars for a few yards! Excellent maintenance crew, package receipt, and good mix of market rate and senior population. It's a voting station now, too. Great management. Amenities are getting old (frig, stove, A/C)
