While I have lived here for only 3 months, I can say it is the best apartment community I have lived in. The management team is friendly and helpful. They offer extra little perks and activities that you cannot find elsewhere at the same price; for example, They will have a barbque for the residents. There is an ice cream social coming up soon. They held a memorial with the local VFW for the anniversary of 9/11, etc. The location is quiet and convenient to downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and shopping. They have free wireless internet access in the main building commons area where any resident can bring their wireless ready laptop. The mixture of senior residents, professionals and University students is nice.
From my experience, I highly recommend you check out Autumn Woods. I am definately happy here.
