After 2 years of living here I DO NOT recommend living here. Yes it is a nice area and I only stayed so long because of schooling, but honestly it was not worth it for these ridiculously overpriced apartments. The manager and staff were extremely unprofessional and just plain rude when it came time to for my roommate and I to move out. Every month we got a newsletter where the manager proclaims her love of her tenants, however we found out how two-faced she is when you are leaving. We purposefully rented another apartment that gave us ample time to move out and clean up. We spent A LOT of time cleaning, even shampooing the carpets and we believe gave the apartment back better than it was given to us, then when the check out person came she told us that we were "slobs" and that we were lazy and literally went looking around the apartment for any speck of dirt she could find and then told us that we would be charged for it. We then went to the manager who was worse than the first lady and told us that it was obvious we didn't spend time cleaning it up and basically was trying to get our entire security deposit. Then during our the middle of our meeting she just said that these were the charges, no arguing and that she is willing to go to court and got up and walked out, this doesn't seem like behavior appropriate to someone that "loves" their tenants so much. I guess if you have money you want to throw out, this is the place for you, otherwise DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
