I did not like it here We were blamed for things we didn't do, a few people on the staff were extremely difficult to work with. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We couldn't wait to get out.

Best in the Area Gorgeous grounds, cream brick buildings, pond and pool in courtyard, excellent location for driving, but not for commuter bus. Local bus to downtown Mpls leaves you off so you have to jaywalk across 2 busy streets and there's no sidewalk on south side of Kenzie

this place stinks (literally and figuratively) I lived here for a year and moved out the second the lease was up (didn't want to break that nightmare lease they have a stranglehold on you). Heard my neighbor above me 24/7...every footstep...so unless you're deaf go somewhere else. Also

Don't Live Here!!!!!!!! After 2 years of living here I DO NOT recommend living here. Yes it is a nice area and I only stayed so long because of schooling, but honestly it was not worth it for these ridiculously overpriced apartments. The manager and staff were extremely unprofessional
