Their office staff will try and get you in trouble for anything. They tried telling me that I would have to pay them to remove carpet from our townhome when we left because we weren't supposed to carpet it...ok fine, but it was there when I moved in. Also took money out of my damage deposit to repaint the rooms AFTER THEY ripped out heaters and remodeled the whole complex. STAY AWAY!!!! They rip you off every way they can. One of the places was shot up by it's tenent, yes with a gun, and a guy shot himself right in the parking lot. The staff is unhelpful, but very quick to get mad at you and tell you when you've done something wrong.
