KIDS RUNNING AROUND WITH NO SUPERVISION!!! they destroy other residents personal property, garbage and broken glass all over the grounds, not enough parking. Hope you dont have any multi cultural friends!! It does take a FEW phone calls to get things fixed. No Visitor Parking. However, inside is very nicely remodeled. New appliances, washer/dryer, affordable rent, residents pay all utilities except garbage.
