While I lived at Oak Street, they went through 4 managers in one year! One manager did clean the property up, and took pride in keeping us happy. But there has been a lot of problems with consistency. Also the parking is a complete mess!!! Not enough spaces, and in the winter you have to park a few blocks away and walk in the freezing cold! The electric was extremely high (around $200 in winter); windows leak air very bad. Only 1 bathroom and it's upstairs. That's an inconvenience. Paying for all the utilities on top of rent... You might as well buy a house!!!
