This place was great when the former manager Judy was running it. She took a lot of pride in keeping the place in good shape, and that the tennants were taken care of. The new staff is never in the office, doesn't return phone calls/work requests, and park thier cars in the posted "No parking: Service & Delivery area". It seems like the building I live in, everyone is loud, smokes like crazy, and has an annoying yipping dog. I loved this place when I moved in, now I cant wait to get out!

DON'T move in here. the management is horrible and only has your money to look forward to. If your property is damaged, they will not work with you or reimburse you for your damaged property. trust me. I know they owe us over $1000 and are not willing to pay up, buy new items, or work with you in any way (including no break on the rent even when they do not put sheeterock back up that has fallen, paint the walls until AFTER you move out). they are crooks and somehow need to be put out of business to stop ruining others lives, property, and their over all well being. if i could put Kelly Brothers out of business this minute, I would!!!
