My new wife and I just recently moved out of this complex and we really enjoyed living their for our 1 1/2 year stint. Although it is true that the new management isn't as "on the ball" as Judy was, they are young and eager to please (if you can manage to get a hold of them). Our apartment in building 1825 was very nice; we were told that new carpet and linoleum were installed due to the residents before us. Our neighbors were quiet and kept mostly to themselves, but there were definitely some yippy dogs in the building. My wife enjoyed the large windows, which resulted in a lot of natural light. My car was rifled through at one point, but admittedly, I left my car unlocked the night before. All in all, this was a great place to live and we would recommend it to anyone in the St. Cloud area looking to escape the rowdy college scene.
