when Judy was here, this was a great place to live. Now with the new management here, I can't wait until our lease is up...then we're out of here. The wash machines and dryers never run good, and no matter how many people call and complain, it still takes weeks to have someone LOOK at it. If you need anything fixed inside your unit...good luck!!! The management will tell you it will be fixed in a few days and 2 weeks later we're still waiting. I will never recommend anybody to live here or any complex managed by Kelly Brothers.

i completely agree with you. when Judy was here, this was a wonderful place to live! now that brigit and natalie are running the show here, they have run this place into the ground faster than the blink of the eye. we must live in the same building because the wash machines and dryers are always broke down and not just for a day or two but for weeks at a time. We actually had our living room ceiling fall on our belongings OVER a month ago and we're still waiting for them to finish fixing our apartment. it took them over 2 weeks to hang the sheet rock, then another week before they returned our area rugs (with sheet rock still on them and smelling like they'd been rolled up and wet for 3 weeks...which is probably true knowing these numb nuts around here), and they will not even give us anything off our rent even though OUR HOME has been in ruins for over a month! Now they are telling us we can get out of our lease early, but if we choose to move, they will not even paint our destroyed living room until AFTER we move out! We have over $1100 worth of damage to our belongings due to the ceiling falling and they will not give us any money to replace anything until we purchase new items, turn in a receipt to them, then they will decide IF they will reimburse us and for how much. i'm sorry, but an insurance company does not even require that, so who do they think they are? I will do anything in my power to put these people out of business. they have no right to treat people like this, especially since we're the ones who are ultimately writing their pay checks. haven't they ever heard "the customer is always right"? well, in this case, i'm the customer, and you should be keeping me happy to stay living here so you continue to have a job. if i'm unhappy, i will let you know. and you know what kelly brothers? we know LOTS of people who rent and we will never allow anybody we know to rent from you ever again so eventually the word will be all over the place, nobody will rent from you and you will no longer have to leave home because you will not have a job to go to! so...if you're looking for a place to live, make sure you know who the management company is and NEVER RENT FROM KELLY BROTHERS and be sure to pass this message along to others. it's bad enough we've had to go through this, i would not wish this upon anybody...well, maybe just onto kelly brothers themselves.
