I have lived here for a little over 6 mo. so I did not know the other owners. I have had no problems with these owners, they are more than helpful! If I needed something fixed in my apartment they would tell me an estimate of when it will get fixed and they stuck by their word, and no longer than 2 days. A few weeks ago there was an emergency in my building and they were here right away fixing it and were here until late hours in the night until it was fixed, that's very comforting.

I have to agree with you. I love living here. The new staff is friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a week once for my towel bar to get put back on the wall, but I fugure that with my schedule I would be waiting a heck of a lot longer than that to do it myself if I owned a house. (Patience is a virtue) I really enjoy living here and do not foresee myself moving out any time soon.
