I lived in this building for just over a year. I thought that it was a nice place to live. The walls aren't the thickest and you can hear your neighbors sometimes. They have a high tec. sort of fire alarm system that seemed to malfunction or something every couple of months in the middle of the night. I also was never able to get anyone to call me back when I called the emergency pager for maintenance. I did have my bike stole from my garage stall too. Overall though I thought that this place was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the heated underground garage.
