The rent is still to high for how much it doesn't have to offer. That place is full blown Somolia mixed with mostly college residents. The community manager is always over doing her job title(little person's syndrome).... very RUDE & JUDGEMENTAL! It had been the worst rental experience thus far. They have garbage pick up once every week....don't think it's the next best thing to a trash chute. You don't have a closed off room with a chute..you have the whole hallway smelling of funk..PURE DISGUSTING! I thought since rent was in the higher range...even after their lure of specials... I would have better experience with management & residents... NO NO NO... COLLEGE STUDENTS SPLIT RENT & SOMOLIANS VIOLATE THEIR LEASE AND MOVE THEIR WHOLE FAMILY INTO THEIR APARTMENT TO SAVE MONEY! Bad management, rude neighbors, stanky hallways, high rent, worst decision you could ever make..Quarry Commons!!!
