After touring the facility last spring, my Fiancee and I thought Quarry Commons would be a place we could call home. Boy, were we ever wrong. It has been one of the worst experiances we have ever had. Our lease is up in April and we are counting down the days. The prices are high considering all they lack. They say they offer a nice fitness room, all it consists of is a riding bike and a treadmill, which are falling apart. The fitness room actually was closed for almost a month because --------- were smoking, drinking, and hanging out in there. The building is mostly college students and families upon families of ---------. I don't have a problem with the race, but the people are just rude!! The hallways are always smell horrid. We have had garbage thrown up and down the hallways constantly, found food smashed on our door, and garbage shoved under our door mat. We do not feel safe here at all, A few months ago, --------- that always hang out at the low income housing right next door, playing basketball and smoking, lit the garages next to ours on fire. The dumpster is constantly overflowing. It is seriosly the trashy place we have ever lived in. The managament is very rude, and not very understanding. The only friendly staff in the whole building are the maintence guy, and the cleaning lady. We have also been woken up several times early in the morning by the fire alarm being pulled. It took management about 35 minutes to even show up. On several occasions we have had garbage and puke outside our patio. Overall the apartment is dirty, smelly, not safe and way overpriced. I would not reccomend this apartment to any one. Run as fast you can away from quarry commons.
