I am writing this review at 12:09 in the morning because of the noisy neihbors across the courtyard, below us and in the hallway. this palce is so not what i had imagined it to be when we first saw it in early february. then it was frigid cold, but once it warmed up they came out like cockroaches. all of them. the hallways are permenantly coated with the smelly film that ethnic cooking leaves so when your friends come over they say "I thought you said you moved into a nicer appartment'". the rent is more than it should be. i pay 900 and i believe it is about 150-200 more than it should be due to the noise and hassle of your unruly neighbors. when you call and complain, the management say, "we have had other complaints and we will be fining them", where does that money go' towards my rent' no, it should i was the one that complained. one other thing, i think the building was specifically designed for cigarette smoke to blow directly from the patio nearby, directly in your window. thank you loud asian guy from down below. #209

If you can afford $900 you should buy a house! You still won't be able to control your neighbors so it should probably be in the country. I read your other and resposes, and no, I don't live there. I can't afford a place that nice!

The hallway right now smells as if someone shat their pants. I wonder what it could be?... The cops had to come yesterday because a few Somali's were fighting. It's pretty bad when the cops tell you that this "area" is getting extremely bad for calls. Prejudice or not, 7 people should not be living in one apartment. I have a feeling that they are getting government assistance to live here. I have maybe seen about 8 other "white" people walk in or out of this building. The apartment i live in now is great, but for the price, more amenities should be included.

Yeah, it's really nice watching a bunch of somali elders throw one of their teens into your girlfriends car. also fun being questioned by the police about your dirtbag neighbors down the hall. oh, did anybody else get their garage broken into? -209
