I lived at Quarry Commons for a Year and would have stayed longer if my roommates did not decide to split up. I felt safe and at home everytime I would walk in. I love that this complex will paint the walls a few select colors for you. It really personalizes the space for you. I would definately recommend this complex. The maintenance Man Bill is super friendly as well as the caretaker. The interactions with the office staff was always a positive experience as well. I am looking at other peoples reviews and am realizing that these are the people you are never going to be able to please. When living in an apartment building you always have the possibilty of some noise. I think that people need to take responsibility as an adult and talk to the neighbors who are bugging them instead of relying on managment to do the dirty work for them. If it is so much of a problem after that, call the non-emergency police, that will get your point across.

what is the point of the management staff if they are not going to do their job? i did not sign up to have to babysit my neighbors. this is rediculous, everynight people out running around until 1 in the morning being loud. i also think it's rediculous that the management is trying raise their own reviews by disguising themselves as a happy tennant tennant on here. grow up and face the problems here, i am paying you to. if you don't the scpd will get a call for any reasonable amount of noise and that will be every night by the way things are going. how'd you like that on your record? #209
