Bad Management! Scams deposit.

Granite City Real Estate scammed me out of my deposit. Now I have to take them to court. The building leaked from the ceiling and the charged me for it' They can't even read a lease right so they overcharged carpet cleaning and added many extras that were there when we moved in.
The thing is, at the move out walkthrough they acted as if everything was fine then they send a statement and $30 back from our deposit. After repeat letters we got a little more but they still are scamming me and will be in small claims court. No Excuses for this unprofesional managment.
