Our company Granite City Real Estate prides itself on being and fair and honest company. Many residents do not like to be charged for their damages, but unfortunately their lease agreements hold them accountable for damages they do. Anonymous, date 5/17 was refunded addtional deposit in an extremely timely basis upon review of their file. WE DO NOT SCAM PEOPLE!!
