I lived there from June 2006 to june of 2007 and all I have to say is that there are really weird people that live there, one guy in the building had cops pointing guns at his door and he was drunk half of the time, cars would get vandalized, there is no controlled entry so people would come to your door all the time and solicit. Bugs always got in my apartment through the windows, if you want a cheap apartment its ok, but be aware that there are some really weird people that live there.
