I have lived here since 1992 and I am moving because I bought a house. Although this complex is close to a university, it is very quiet. There are some older students living here now but there is no problem. My building (there are four in this complex) has been kept extremely clean all the years I have lived here--both inside and out. Whenever anything needs to be fixed, it is often fixed the same day but not longer than one or two. Over the years, I had a few emergencies and when I called the emergency number, there was immediate service. The location is great; it is in a place where you can easily get to most places in St. Cloud. Neighbors in the building have been friendly and rent has always been reasonable. Mid Continent is the management company and they have been a pleasure to deal with, too.
