Sterling Heights is a very new property in St. Cloud. There are quite a few older college kids that live here but it is also very quiet. The average age is probably 30. There is no pool/hottub/sauna or any other type of recreation except for the lacking fitness center. They allow cats, which is nice. Maintenance is done by companies that are contracted out of INH, so it does take a while to fix larger issues (though I have had very few).

It is very modern with great oak decor and new appliances. Parking is great and it is very safe out here. It is about 2 miles from campus and a little bit farther to downtown St. Cloud. This place is built like a "pole barn" (on concrete with no basement or heavily insulated walls), but it is nice. Management are very friendly and helpful!
