I'm not at my apt very often because I work a lot but from what I hear it's not good. I personally haven't had any big problems. They just re-did the parking lot. The pool is nice and clean. My neighbors aren't noisy, or rude although someone called the police to complain that my tv was too loud' I'm not sure how that compares to the other complaints i've heard' The kids can be loud sometimes but they are kids, let them have fun!! My rent is reasonable and its close to downtown, shopping and food. I like it!
