I just bought a house and sadly left Minikahda Court after living there for 5 years! It was a wonderful place to live, I had lived in other apts. before and they were aweful and could not hold a candle to Minikahda Court. The manager, Shannon was wonderful and really on the ball, any maintenence was done quickly and correct! If I had not bought a house I would not have moved from there!
