Minikahda Court Apartments

These apartments are located in a very nice area, but the apartments are not nice at all. They have mold and as a result I am constantly sick. Also, they turn on the water sprinklers all night (even when it's raining), so all of the cars in the parking lot get a nice watering. You get water/sewer tacked onto your bill- this comes out to about $40/month which seems a little high for a 1 bedroom apartment. The Park Glen apartments look much nicer, or if you can afford them, there are very nice apartments located at Excelsior and Grand.
