If you want to lose your money, you should get an apartment here. The first month that I lived here, I had no heat. Try living in Minnesota from November to December with no heat! One of the pipes had broken or something and caused no heat to get into my apartment. Maintenance finally fixed it, but water leaked all over my living room and caused plants to grow through my carpet.
Noise is a serious problem here. We had neighbors down the hall that would shout down the hall to each other and their kids would run up and down the hall yelling. Plus, if any neighbors had a tv on loudly or were yelling at each other, you could hear everything. Not to mention that the complex is located by Park Nicollet hospital, so helicopters are always flying overhead and the police station is near by, so get used to sirens.
But even after all of that, I did not complain. I was a very good tenant for a year there. However, the second I put in my notice that I was leaving, Linda, the manager became very difficult to work with. She showed our apartment with very little notice and often on Saturday mornings or other inconvenient times for us. When she came to do the final walk-through, she didn't say much, but I asked if there was anything else I could clean further. She said it looked fine, but then I only got about half of my deposit back. When I tried to call her to speak with her about it, I was told she was on vacation for a week. When I tried to take it up with Steven Scott Management (who own and run the building), they said I would have to take it up with Linda. I decided to just forget about the rest of my deposit. I would rather be out the money than have to work with such difficult and two-faced people.

Save yourself the trouble and headache and live someplace else!! I have impeccable rental history and am a very, very good tentant. I always abide by the rules and take care of my property. To be treated this way was absolutely infuriating and I am very glad I am no longer giving them my money. Make sure you read the other reviews....they're all true!
