I have not been happy with this place since the beginning. I am a simple person and like quiet, however this place is far from quiet. They sell you with the cement walls, but they forget to mention that you can hear everything above and below you. My downstairs neighbors are always fighting and at the worst hours! My upstairs neighbors have kids and they are always running around and screaming, which you can hear through the vents. At first I didn't say anything because I thought it might only happen a couple times, but it happens every day! I finally said something and nothing happened. I said something a couple more times with the promise that it would be taken care of, but it hasn't. It still happens on a daily basis.

Recently I have been having an issue with something in my apartment and have asked a few times for someone to look into it. I came home one day with the problem switched and my stuff all over the place. It looked like someone came in and ransacked my apartment. I have lived in about 5 different apartments in my life and have never ever had a problem like this before. I am quite disappointed because I really love the location and overall the apartment is okay. Things are old, but the space is nice and I feel safe here. It just really stinks that things haven't been taken care of like they have promised. I think if they updated some things, and somehow fixed some of the vents so that you couldn't hear people above and below, it wouldn't be so bad. Also, I think they need someone working here who can help out. People who rent can't control what appliances, water, heat, noise, etc. that they are getting, so it is the job of the building to help out when things happen. I hope things change with this place because it could be really great, it just isn't right now.
