I used to live in Park Glen Apartment until we had to moved out due to the apartment fire. I live there for a long while, so I believe people who are considering moving there might want to read my review.

I will say that the apartment complex is located at a VERY GOOD spot in St Louis Park, back of the apartment is a nice trail, very nice landscape. So location wise, I will give it 10/10!

The apartment provides 1 underground heated garage, and additional spot MIGHT be available for a monthly fee. There are quite a few parking lot for residents, parking is never an issue. However, they are not good at keep up the parking lot during winter months.

Swimming pool is great during the summer, but they usually never have it ready early enough. It always seems like they are working on something around the pool and had to lock residents out of the pool area.

Party room and work out room are GREAT. No complain there, every apartment should have the two room just like Park Glen!

Noise is usually not an issue. Besides the train going by every once in a while... and airplane. Pretty quite if you are just talking about noise from other residents.

Management are okay. However, when tough time comes, be prepare to be on your own. We were effected by the apartment fire in June 2009, management did nothing for us. VERY unorganized. We were basically kicked out of the apartment with NOTHING. We had 2 hour in the apartment to grab whatever we can grab and then made us sign off a paper so they can start tossing everything away. I forgot that I left my baby album on one of the book shelf, tried to go back the next morning to recover it. Guess what'! They had already ripped the whole apartment apart and threw everything away! THEY VERY NEXT MORNING! I could not believe that the apartment management expected us to move our whole life away in 2 hours, and if you move there, expect the same treatment.

But as I said, when time is good, the management is okay. Just make sure you are covering your own behind because they are not going to take care of you when bad things happen. I will rate the place a 8/10 for living condition. 4/10 for management.
