Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
the rent is reasonable, the view of the trails are nice and its close to the park, and excelsior, but,none of the doors match inside, the appliances are old, and the walls are thin, maintenance is sloppy, the walkways are horrible, the outside lawns are good, the neighborhood was quiet, not now
