If you're looking for a nice community with helpful management, this is NOT the place! When I first moved here I thought this was a great location and a great apartment. The Apartment manager was very nice and her staff was always helpful. That changed in June of 2006 (just 5 months after I moved in) when new management came in. When you go into the office they look at you as if they are annoyed you are there. The tenants they are leasing to are starting to reflect this poor attitude and disregard for other people. They built new apartments next door and their focus has been on that - letting these apartments run down. Just last week the garbage area was filled with trash sitting all around it because no one wanted to put it down the hatch. We had ice on the inside of our windows during the winter. After notifying management several times about this, nothing was done. We also had mold. They will promote the pool, exercise room and BBQ area as an amenity but don't be fooled, these are shared by the new luxury apartments next door. You have to give a two month notice even if your lease is ending and during the last two months they will parade people through your apartment to view it. The management here has no regard for people's privacy or peace of mind! Don't rent here! You will be disappointed as I am.
