Since moving in last month, we are pleased with Village Park office staff--for courtesy and responsiveness. The jury on maintenance is still out. We find the two-bed, two-bath apartment to be spacious and comfortable. Since we face into the courtyard we are spared any street noise and have not had difficulty with parking or problems with security. The entrances need to be cleaned and more easily accessible for visitors. Thanks

Give it a month or two. If you haven't been treated poorly, it's because you haven't had any apartment problems yet. We have had a major issue every month for the entire 9 months of living here including asbestos problems, roach infestation, water leaks which were ignored to produce mold, more mold, and numerous cleanliness issues. Every time except the most recent, I have had to contact the corporate offices because the Village Park office would not listen or do anything for us. As far as parking goes, you must be in the North lot. In the South lot there is an individual who has 4 cars stored there.
