Great Place To Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I love living here. Great views from rooftop deck (the builing is at the apex of Cathedral Hill) you can see all the way to downtown Minneapolis and of course, a great view of the Cathedral. Maintenance responds quickly and the building is well taken care of. Great location with easy access to Selby Ave and places like Moscow on the Hill, Nina's and the Happy Gnome. Close to a bus stop and Saint Paul College. Parking is almost never a problem (except during snow emergencies - there is no on street parking). The building is very quiet and safe. Rent is reasonable and the landlord is as well. Overall, this is a GREAT place to live.
