If you're a single bus commuter, this is the best place ever. All the units are studios, and it's very close to the bus line (Selby). The building's owner and caretaker are obsessive about the building which means fast repairs. It's location is both quiet and close to everything. The amenities are more than meets the eye with the rooftop deck, a private picnic area in back, and hot tub in the building.
